08 cbr 600rr engine oil???
i have a 08 cbr 600rr and i want to replace the clutch and also the oil..i was told that i can use regular motor oil 10w 40 non synthetic ,but then again i believe that i can use 10w 40 4 stroke oil.
***will either 1 be better or will the plain oil just hurt my clutch or motor??

No, it should have wet clutch additives in it. So motorbike oil is the way to go, I use motul 5100 15W50 oil on my ZX6R, but any of them would suffice, I think your manual would state Jaso MA/MB, which is the clutch additive.
The oil for cars have anti-shear addatives. This stuff minimizes the fiction in the enigne. You want something that doesn't have this additive. For us with wet clutches, it would cause the clutch to slip.
I use Shell Rotella T full synthetic. It's cheaper, and works great. All the other name brand cycle engine oil would work well too.
