What is this for...

I’m scoping out the possibilities of doing a wire tuck. I’m sure I’ve identified the computer and fuse box. But what is this? Do I need it?

it's for the seat belts, i know on hatches and crx's it's connected to all the extra sensors in the door mounted crap, although i don't know if it controls teh power sliding seat belts in a four door
