NJ FS NJ: 2002 EP3 // clean JDM daily driver

Bought this car from the original owner at the beginning of summer, intended to swap the stock K20A3 out for a K24/20 frankenstein motor, never got around to it and decided I want a convertible again (coming from a Miata) so this is up for sale to get me in to an S2000. The motor is extremely healthy, 89000 miles, pulls hard for 160hp, makes no noise and starts on the second or third crank every time. I bought this car from southern Florida and drove it back....so 28 hours of highway driving plus a few runs up to ~140, and it didn't let me down. Leaks or burns no coolant, oil, or any other fluid. All scheduled maintenance is on carfax, all I have done since I've owned it was changed the oil after I got back from FL and again after 3000 miles with mobil one. Had the dealer look over the car and I have his paperwork showing the car is mint, only needed a reverse light..which I have since replaced. The A/C is ice cold and the heat is hot and comes on quick. I have the original wheels, shifter, rad cap, speakers, and the intake manifold cover. I also have 2 sets of dealer keys and key fobs that will start the car, and 3 sets of cut keys that will unlock everything, but won't start the car because they don't have a chip.
The bad: the car has it's share of dings/chips. There is a dime sized chip in the paint on the hood you can see in the pics, and a few very small dings on the doors and one little one above the driver door by the roof. The lips ARE BOLTED ON so don't worry about them coming off, but they were also glued and there are two spots, one under the driver side headlight and also by the muffler where the job was a little less than clean and you can see just a little glue. The side skirts are beginning to chip around where they flare up behind the doors. The LED's for the gauge cluster are burnt out behind the coolant temp / gas gauge but the low fuel warning light still comes on. There is a CEL for an o2 sensor, this has been checked at the dealer and at another one that was checking out the car for a trade in. The dealer told me it was my call on replacing it, it's the secondary o2 and doesn't affect the performance of the car. To clarify, it is ONLY the o2 sensor that is throwing the CEL.
Cliffs: 89k miles, second owner, no accidents, clean NJ title in my name with no liens, very healthy motor/clean interior/exterior, tasteful mods but stock engine, very many spares. A few dings/nicks here and there but the car still looks great for it's age. The paint is great overall and still shines like a new car. I detail cars for a living and I have recently clayed and polished the paint and then waxed.

I think I hit everything, I am available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday any time before 6 and usually pretty busy the rest of the week. Otherwise I am pretty firm on $8500..I was planning on selling the car early next year but I have the money for an S2k now and it's supposed to be a mild winter so why wait. arnold palmer is the ****, i think i had an a.p. in my CR-V thread on here too.
miles are 89k, updated the OP to reflect that. the forum i originally posted this on is weird and makes you fill out a form including the miles, forgot to add it to this thread.
