wheel identification and pricing help

wheels are 16s with tires. guy is selling them locally for $500. Might deal him down.

Good deal?

Hard to say without closer inspection of the rims and without knowing what kind of tires and tire condition those are as to whether it's a good deal or not. They look like BBS knockoffs.
