Bad mileage running too rich help!

Default Bad mileage running too rich help!

running the car and its running to rich.
its throwing a 41 cel for a heater oxy sensor
im unsure about the wiring to the oxy sensor
the wiring for the h22 had a gray,black and two white wires
so i might of hooked it up wrong but i could use some suggestions

There's only 1 way it'll plug up, test the wiring on the harness side, if it's good then replace the O2 sensor. It's a 4th gen obviously.

ohhh sorry its a 92 accord with a h22a swap

If you're unsure about the wiring, get the manual of the H22A donor vehicle. Find out if you wired it correctly. I'm assuming you used a universal O2 instead of the direct-fit O2 for some extremely strange reason.
