to put into a stock (99) B20B? and is it a good idea?

I think Crower might be your only option for cams, you may want to check them out.

crower 403's!! should be easy to tune and will work with stock compression,but you should upgrade valvesprings

when i search for crower 403 cams, do i search for (99' Honda CR-v) or (99' Acura Integra) ?? cause i searched for the crv and nothing matched, and i know that the B20 head is the same as a LS head right?
