Default 2010 Pilot rear differential oil change at 9k?

Hi all,

Anyone have the code come up for the rear differential fluid in a 2010 Honda Pilot? I had the code kick up at 9k just in time for the first oil change.

The Pilot has never seen anything like off road and probably saw snow one as it was purchased late winter. Yet the wise-*** tech said "must be all of that snow you are driving through".

Honda surely can't expect a customer to pay for a differential oil change every 9k?

You talking about the maintenance/Oil life light? I didn't think those vehicles monitored the diff fluid, what light is on exactly?
