2006 RX8 FT

I have a 2006 Mazda RX8, with 29xxx on the clock. I am the third owner and know the previous driver. The vehicle has a factory warranty covering the motor,housing, and core until april 2014. I take very good care of the car and it was already very clean when purchased. The vehicle is stock.
This is the Shinaka version so leather,bose,power windows/seat,moonroof, and 6 spd MT are all included. The shifts are very smooth and the car is a blast to drive on twisty roads. I average around 22MPG highway only and about 19.5-20 combo driving. I take the car to 7-9k almost daily and the motor just feels stronger and stronger.
I love the car and am not trying to just "give" the car away. The only real reason I am considering getting rid of it is because MW winters can be brutal and the suicide doors are not the easiest to get a car seat through. That being said I will consider most 4 door vehicles in trade...
KBB for area code 52003 is around 17k so please make your offer around that area, if your car is worth about 6k please have 11k cash available. I dont want to be low balled, but I am willing to hear out reasonable offers.
