My alldata is down

I just recently put a alternator in a 99 sable DOHC. After installing it, it still will not take a charge. I've put 2 diffrent alts in and if you've installed one of there ull know how much of a ***** it is.

I've checked all connections and fuse everything is good.

For some reason the battery light was not turning on at all even when the key is first turned on accessory so I switched the bulb and it still doesn't light up.

Anybody know if there are any modules or relays connected with the charging system that would be causing this?
