Probably a rookie question, but I'll ask anyways. My gf's 98 accord has a weak front passenger side turn signal. On the dash when the signal is activated, it blinks real fast. The signal on the driver side front/back are working just fine. So does this suggest a bad bulb or a bad turn signal relay/or fuse?

Most deff bad bulb, But I would check the blinker fluid to

 

Bad bulb is on the side that's blinking faster.

bad bulb. if left front turn signal is out the rear turn signal will blink fast. vice versa.
