I got an h22a jdm and lsd tranny jdm and p13 jdm ecu what is the redline for it ? i took it once to 7,900 rpm's (cant tell my redline i have a 95 accord) and top speed is 116 mph what the hell on a Lude ? u think i got an type S tranny and i have close ratio gears because i saty close in all my gears ?

 

whats the code on the tranny? it will say it near the block. the top speed should be more then that, no matter what tranny it is...that sounds more like top speed in 4th. the redline in a usdm 1 is 7400, jdm may be higher.

 

The P13 has a 7400rpm redline and a 7600rpm fuel cut. Your tach, like most Honda tachs, just reads high.

JDM ECUs have an additional speed limiter fuel cut at around 113mph. But who cares, right? There would be no reason for you to come anywhere near that speed on the street anyway...

The 1996-2000 TypeS Prelude actually has taller gearing than a 4th gen VTEC tranny. The TypeS has the same gearing as US 5th gen Preludes. The 4th gen VTEC gearing is the closest ratio H22A tranny.
