89 Honda Civic DX

I just purchased this car 2 days ago and the A/C has been installed by previous owner. From what i know the A/C fan used to work and one day it just died out.

When i press the A/C button with blower on the compressor kicks in but the A/C fan does not.

things i kno:
fuse is good
the new relay works
the fan still works
not getting any power to relay from the lines

tried tracing lines that connects to the new relay... blue(power?) leads to another relay and the black leads to a chassis ground



this is the relay that i am using and based on the diagram im assuming the right 2 prongs power up and throw the pole on the left 2 prongs... but i realized when i got to the 2nd relay there were 2 power lines connecting to the bottom row of the relay. is something wrong here? could this be the problem or am i missing something??

and can somebody also provide me with a wiring diagram for the A/C? i have tried looking but i cannot find...
