It all depends on the purpose of the car. Are you going for looks or performance? And even then, if performance is your goal... are you going for drag racing or track racing?

Just find a set of lightweight wheels and put some sticky tires on them.

16x8 +25 & 16x9 in +38 - isn't going to fit without rolling the fenders and running too much camber.
16x8 in +50 - Not sure if this will clear on the inside of the wheel wells. Pretty high offset.
16x7 +38 - will fit front/back just fine.

If your going for looks just buy the wheels you want in the size you want and GET THEM TO FIT.
Anything is possible with the right camber, tire size, and a bit of rolling the fenders.

Yeah but its not safe. Im all for making stuff look good, but keep it safe. Camber = ok to a point. Tire strech = no.

NEITHER.

Depending on what version of the 2005 Civic Coupe you have, your best 16" tire size is either 205/50-16 or 215/50-16. Neither of those sizes can be safely mounted on 16x8 or 16x9 wheels. Stick with 16x7 on all four corners.
