Default Seat pan swap question

hey guys its my first time doing a seat pan swap and it's daunting.

i have a few questions that are rather noobie but the fact of the matter is i'm honestly stumped.

I'm swapping my 91 Civic STD Hatchie seats to 98 Integra GSR cloth seats.

1) I just don't understand how to remove the plastic part (with the two *****) of the GSR seats that adjust the backrest of the seat (that lever on the drivers left side to tilt the back of the seats forward or backward)

2) I have to remove the rails off the STD seats and reinstall them when i get the integra seats over it? Also, I have to remove the foam from the GSR seats and put them atop the STD seat pan? Is that generally what you do?

I understand I'm a noob but this is the first seat pan swap ive done and i want to do it right so any help would be appreciated.

How do i change the bracket on the backing?

Also, how do i remove the black piece that locks the headrest into place? Do I just pull it out? That part is being a bitch.

the bottom of the back has rings as well.remove them and thenpull the skin back so you can get to the bolts(2 probibly) and the head rest comes off with it...if you want to remove it, it might be a screw type of action but im not to familair with the seats(never seen them up close)

I'm trying to remove the head rest lock plate on the 98 integra GSR seats. They seem to be stuck.
