Default 91 accord stop/horn fuse blowing

Ok, i have already disconnected both horns and i will try to see if disconnecting the brake light bulbs will help. The weird thing is when i put my car in reverse after using the release key hole to start it in neutral the break lights work... im really confused here since its using the same wiring. i haven't had a chance to change the thing by the brake pedal so ill head to pick n pull for that this weekend but another idea/help would be much appreciated.. also before this started happening, which was yesterday, when turning on the lights for night as soon as i pressed the brake pedal the passenger side brake light would go out releasing the pedal made all the lights return to normal
