Default 2007 Odyssey AC problems.

The AC on my Honda Odyssey went out again. This time I had bad AC clutch coil. I went to dealer and purchased brand new AC clutch coil ($100). I put everything back together and charged the system with R134A. I had started engine and in less than 5 minutes the smoke start to come out from AC area.
I had checked the system again and found bad AC clutch coil again. The pressure was 370/55 at idle and it was quite a hot day. The fuse 7.5 A did not blow. The compressor spins freely and has no noise. I took it apart again and found fried AC clutch coil.
I cannot find any logical explanation why AC clutch coil got cooked in a few minutes.
I took it back to dealer with the assumption of defective coil and they refuse to warranty it, because according to them I have another problem in AC system.
Any advice on what else could be wrong in the system to burn up AC clutch coil?

When you say the compressor spins freely do you mean the COMPRESSOR or the compressor clutch?

Were those pressures with the compressor spinning or static?

I don't have a ton of AC experience personally but my guess would be the compressor is goofed or you've got a clog.

I do have lots of AC experience and I believe that you have way too much gas in the system, you didnt service it correctly and got lots of air in or your fan is not doing its job to cool down the condensor.

How much R134a did you put in the system and how did you service the system please. Did you use the over the counter cans with oil and sealant already in the can, please explain. Did you vent the old gas out or did you use a vacuum pump or do you have a recycle machine to do all the work for you.

The coil could burn up due to the extreme pressure in the system, hense, extreme heat generated by the compressor, hense, heat transfer to the new coil burning it up.
