where to find 1 piece 11.1" 23mm Curved Vane rotors?

where to find 1 piece 11.1" 23mm Curved Vane rotors?
I'm using it on a EM1 Civic w/ 1715 calipers(ITR brake) w/ 23T (milled bracket)
if there is 4x100 then thats great, otherwise prefer 4x113.3 for 93-96 prelude
Curved Vane rotor for ITR will work too, but i think 4x114.3 re-drill to 4x100 has less chance to "off balance" compare to 5x114.3 (even tho I'm using 11.3" 23mm 5x114.3 redrilled rotors on my car now)
I know this website carries 11.8"/ 300mm but its 28mm thick
