I recently purchased a pair of Hoosier DOT drag radials. I read they expand quite a bit more than MT drag radials, but I assume less than full slicks due to still having nylon cords. My question is, how much space do I need between the tire and fender to be safe to run? At the moment, the car has a HAIR less than two fingers clearance while sitting still and completely down on level ground. Is this enough?
