What can cause a sparkplug to bent
Hey the SER Spec-V is nothing to be ashamed of. My friend has one (In pieces now unfortunately) and I loved driving that thing. I think the newer ones kinda suck but regardless... still a quick car.
Anyway, Hondatherdm brings up some good questions. Sounds like something is hitting within the combustion chamber. Did they look at the pistons and/or the bottom-end when they checked out the head?

wrong spark plug for application
crush washer missing on threads of spark plug
to much timing/ lean condition causing extremely high cylinder pressures
foreign object inside cylinder
rod bearings so bad that the piston travels to high
bending it during install.. thats all i got

Well it bent it the ones i got from autoparts so my mechanic went to nissan and got ngk spark plugs for my car. After a test drive the plug in cylinder 1 was close as if something had close it or hit it. So after that i got a honda spark plug witch is almost half of the nissan but it still got bent so i dont know wat alse i can do. This is just happenig in cylinder 1
Add a second washer to the #1 cylinder spark plug and see what happens.
It is beginning to sound like there is some other problem, excessive carbon build up on the #1 piston maybe or maybe an improperly machined head, [flat but not level], maybe even the wrong piston or rod.
I can't see it being anything worn out, [wrist pin or bearing] as that should be noticeable with engine running.94
