I have 2 P28 ECUs. The first one is an automatic ECU. I bought but never ended up removing the couple things to make it a 5 speed ECU (I just put added VTEC to my ECU).
The second one is Chipped, although unsuccessfully. I believe it still works as a stock P28. The solder was not done cleanly, so that could probably be cleaned up to make it work correctly.

Unorthodox Lightweight Flywheel - I believe one thread was re-tapped or helicoiled. I can check the threads if you're curious. $175

It's for a DC integra, but it might fit... who knows. I'm guessing it probably just fits an integra, but you're welcome to research it.
