What is reasonable price for a 97-00 CRV?

What is reasonable price for a 97-00 CRV?
I've been seeing them for 8k in my area and that to me is a joke, but I do see them consistently for around 3800k. Is that about right for the used market?

I have been looking for a CRV and most of them in my area are $4500-8k with average of 120k-160k miles for 97-00's. I think maybe im getting shafted trying to buy a CRV in PA!

depending on condition i wouldnt pay more then 10k for one thats in REALLY GREAT condition.
cuz i bought my 2003 s2000 thats mint for 10 grand.. so if a s2k will go for 10k then a crv def shouldnt be over 10k

I think a lot of private parties are desperate for money in these economic times and desperate to sell. What happens is that some will attempt to sell for high and when that doesn't work they will lower...
