use the motor mount off your old engine.

now since you are using the dpfi intake off of the b1 you might be fine using the b1 ecu to run the b7. if it doesn't run right then i would suggest swapping to a mpfi manifold and running it either off an odb0 pm6 or converting to obd1 and using a p06

the d15b1 and d15b7 motors are the same exact block

the heads use teh same stuff to bolt together

use your d15b1 crap on teh d15b7 block and head

nothing difficult

i did use everything from the b1 on the b7 because when i went to upullit in new orleans to get the block it didnt have alot of stuff on it ... it was just the block, head and intake manifold

if its not starting/running, YOU left something unplugged OR the d15b7 block is actually bad

sounds like you are missing an engine ground probably the thermostat ground and also check the grounds attached to your engine, block and frame.

Ive been thinking about swapping out my old b1 for a b7 from what I can comprehend from here is that I can use my b1 wiring, hoses, manifolds, ect. all I would need is the b7 block and head correct?
