I was talking to an em2 guy at a meet today, and he said you can take off part of the stock air intake. There like a resonator, i guess and he said you cna do something else but i don't remember. Anyone ever do this or know how to ?

 

Taking off the intake resonator box just makes it louder. that's it.

Probably not, but it's a completely useless modification.

 

except for make it louder....which is a good thing.

Maybe its just me but id rather my car be quiet.

 

i think i'm going to just take the whole factory intake system, and just put a custom short ram with a k and n filter on it.

@post above me, clean motor and exhaust sound give your car an edge, but i mean its all opinion, obnoxious ricer noises are unbearable haha
