Injectors wont fire
My injectors are getting power, and there 50 psi of fuel pressure....im getting spark..but no one is home Car ran before i repaired the engine, Pulled it out and rebuilt it...etc...put it back in. i try and try to crank...and when i pull the plugs....theres not a drop of fuel anywhere...no smell....no wetness on the plugs. they are ID2000's so they would spray plenty of fuel. Ive swapped ECU's, and Dizzy's....what is involved in making the injectors fire? I have some more things to test tomorrow evening....with a test light while cranking to see if the injectors are firing during cranking....when i flip the key over they all fire at once like they are supposed to.
well i checked what i thought was all of the ones involved....like i said...they fire at initial key flip to prime but they apparently aren't firing during the cranking process.
ill check more into fuses tomorrow with a clear head...and use a test light to verify that they are or aren't firing while cranking.

sounds like a ground issue if you have pwr at the injector and you know the ecu and distributor were good. Check the 101 ground at the thermostat housing and if your using a 2a/2b to obd1 adapter harness check all the pins and make sure the plugs are seated all the way in ecu and adapter side. i just went thru this and it ended up being the adapter harness wasn't seated completely. Good luck

no adapter harness...its all strait in. Thermo ground a ok.
I almost just started a thread for the same issue. My situation might be a little different. I have a full race harness so I have only one ground. I also only have one 30 amp fuse. The fuel pump is on its own relay and switch. I'm getting spark, I checked timing, I am getting fuel to the rail but the injectors are not opening. I'm thinking its ECU related maybe? I have power to the injectors like you said. The way they work is by having the ECU ground them when it gets the single from the distributor. I just don’t know how to check that?
Hondas trouble shooting says - ECU, Main relay, back up fuse and TDC/crank signal...

ok, injectors apparently dont prime when you flip the key on...i was hearing my solenoid click for my boost control.
I spent all evening metering ****....i cant find any injector ground shorts between the clip and the ECU. All 4 injector clips are showing 12v with the probes on both pins of the clips...at key on. This would mean that my cylinders should be just filling up with fuel...i guess for that matter i have another issue with my injectors being gummed shut which is a whole seperate issue. What the hell would cause the ecu to ground all 4 injectors simultaneously...even when i flip the key on i cant meter the pin on the ECU from the outside of the plug and get continuity to ground...WTF...im at a loss...i have no issue receiving power so i dont think its a fuse....if anything im getting to much power. What sensor tells the ecu when to fire? The only thing left if to take apart the damn engine side of the mil spec connector and see if something is shorting a sensor that tells the injector to fire to make them ground whenever the key is on.

i was watching my pc display while cranking at one point and i know rpm wasnt changing but i didn't have duty cycle displaying. I've read of just a couple of other people having all of their injectors stay on constantly with the key flipped...but i havn't seen what their problem was. Something is pissing off the ECU.
ill check the cyp wires....ive uploaded the original tune map, my modified race maps...no change. NO cels have come up....is the CYP the sensor that tells the injectors when to fire?
i think i figured out that it will always let you read 12volts as it always slightly grounds the injectors but its when it fires the injector that it fully grounds it. am i correct...seems the injectors arent on at key on, now that ive tried injectors that work.
The injectors get power, [12V+] from the PCM-FI Main Relay, [same wire color lead on all injectors] the ground pulse is supplied by the ECU/ECM.
The PGM-FI Main Relay, [injector relay] also supplies power, [12V+ signal] to the ECU/ECM, [IGP1 and IGP2] make sure those two inputs to the ECU/ECM, [probably black/yellow leads] have 12V+ on them when ign. switch is in run position. 94
