OBD2A TO OBD1, MAIN RELAY CONSTANT TICKING
Vehicle is 96 civic cx. Engine harness came out of a 96 civic EX. d16z6 motor.
Re-pinned dizzy.
Went to go turn over key and main relay just constantly ticking. Doesnt stop. Found the IAC also clicking. Unplugged IAC and then fuel pump primes and ticking goes away. Turned over vehicle and fired up for a split second. Plugged IAC back in and does the same thing. After a couple attempts I just left IAC unplugged.
Now after about 10 attempts to start vehicle, car does not have enough spark. Swapped dizzy with known good dizzy and still no spark. IAC still unplugged. Noticed that once key is turned, the MAIN relay stays clicking for a bit.
Installed new known working relay, still same problem.
I am very confused, checked diagrams and lead to nothing. Any ideas?

Thanks HONDAPARTSHERO! You are my HERO! Bad thermostat housing ground. Peeled off grounds and found corrosion. Repaired and THE BEAST LIVES!
