Default Rota Slipstreams, spider cracks on polished lip?

Hi all,
I have a set of rota slipstreams and a few spider cracks are appearing on the outer polished lip. Does anyone know how to put this right?

My guess is to wet and dry sand the outer lip, then mask up and re laquer. I can post up a pic of the problem if this is rare but im hoping its a pretty common problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Yes, wetsanding/ buffing might help but be careful not to use way too much pressure cus you might buff the clear right off. Good luck.
