i have an eg hatch w/ a JDM D-15. i took out my dx tranny to put a ZC tranny in and everything was fine but the axles. it is a hydro s20 i heard i need the jdm half shaft and DA axles.
any thoughts...?

im pretty sure the s20 came from 92-95 civics, b000 being the si/ex and a000 being from cx/dx

 

You need the hydro intermediate shaft (super rare) and either DA or the JDM civic axles that go with it. Alternatively I believe you can swap out the diff for one from an EX/Si tranny so you can use regular axles.

 

i put a da inner joint on my drives side axel and it lasted about 2 months ( i do not recommend this ) then spit the axel out on the highway an hour from home . i then got my half shaft back (cable) and used 2 DA axels and it worked great even feels better with equal lenght axels this was on my cable ef though good luck

 

yeah i need to figure out where in the hell i could maybe find the half shaft.
i doubt h-motors sells it seperately
