Default 96 civic b20vtec (gt4082) dyno

Well Dennis reeves @reeves racing finished another build for a costomer and he wanted it dyno tuned so we desided to pack mine up on the trailer and see what it would do. Well a few weeks back we got a chance to test out some 118 race gas for the kos event but didn't have time to dial(7.14@113) it in over there so we put it on the dyno poured the race gas back in today and got the tune all lined out. The first hit it put 561 to the wheels( denis added a lot of timing between this pull and the pass at the strip) so we turned the boost up to 23psi and it spun the tires on the dyno twice. So we put a 3rd strap on the front just to pull down on the car in the front, Keith and I also had to stand on the inside of the doors to help keep it from spinning. After we got it to hook it put down 604 on 23-25 psi. We was thinking It still had more in it. We cranked it up to 27psi and we ended there at 631whp and 423wtq. I am very happy w/ this car denis,Donnie, and my self have put ALOT of work in this car and it just keeps giving back!!!!lol thank you guys very much!

Ok ok here is the graph

Nice. Try 4 straps up front and or better suited tires next time. Helps a ton

Damn, wish I could get that kind of power out of my old motor, but not in my budget. lol
I hit I57 last weekend for T&T, finally broke out of the 7's, didn't get a chance to try the little shot of nitrous yet.
Either my clutch or trans if giving me problems, Feel like I'm driving a work truck the way I have to shift it. Going to pretty much leave it parks till the next Kos race, and hope it makes it through the day.

ET is still off for the mph. Really need a trans I can shift like I hate it.
Still on 31# of boost. Was hoping to get it cranked up a bit that day but my first 4 runs where total wastes. I upped the two-step limit for launch and it was doing some weird things. Boost while on the 2-step was maxing my map sensor (44.5psi) and kept blowing vac lines off in various places. Backed it back down to where it was and all was good. But the day was about over and only got two more runs in. Tried the nitrous, but my full throttle switch didn't switch. Looked dumb as heck purging and then running slower. lol

I still find it hilarious how many people at the tracks around here come over and ask me if the car is rear wheel drive. It has frick'n skinnies on the front.

Car 318
