JDM Front GSR Turbo Project *Almost Done*

Hey H-T.. I thought I would post a few pics of my project teg. I'm very close to being finished. This is a '94 GSR with JDM front end w/ very rare titanium housing headlights. I recently purchased Tein SS suspension. Mild wire tuck also in the works-(not in pics yet)
Here is my setup. Machine work done by C.W. PENCE here in Maitland, FL. I built the motor. Here is the break-down.
-GSR Block 81.5
-JE 9.0 Pistons
-SCAT Rods
-New ITR Oil pump
-New ITR Water Pump
-Golden Eagle Oil Squirter Plugs
-B16 SIR p30 Head
-ARP Head studs
-Cometic Head Gasket
-New OEM Valveseals
-ITR Valves
-Skunk2 Pro Valvesprings & Retainers
-GSR Cams w/ Unorthodox camgears
-Skunk2 Pro Manifold Port matched
-70mm TB
-Precision 880cc Injectors
-ACT Prolite Flywheel
-2001 Type R Transmission
-Gator Stage 3 Axles
-3" Downpipe
-25x12x4 Front Mount
-Custom Ramhorn Manifold
-38mm Tial Wastegate
-2.5" I.C Piping
-HKS SSQ BOV
-Turbonetics 50 Trim .63 Hotside
-AEM Standalone Management

These are the last of the pictures until the motor in put in. A few things need to be done like trimming the casting of the block so that the turbo fits properly.

Motor is in. Turbo installed. Still have to install radiator, hoses, and T-bolt clamps and axles. Wire tuck still in progress.
looks really good so far. only thing i would say needs to be addressed is that crank pulley. its not a true dampner and may cause problems down the the line like breaking oil pump gears or bearing failure. your better off with a stock damper.

Radiator installed with slim fan, shocks installed,
Still to do:
Resistor box wiring, Install downpipe, shift linkage, starter.

All wiring done and tucked. Resistor box installed. Only thing left to do before starting it up is some vacuum hoses and bolting up downpipe



I'm excited to finally put the motor in tomorrow
