What do you think about this car...
Specifically how do you like the black wheels on the black car...
Let me know what you think. I really like it.

I'd have to agree with dustin and TRuSt. Leave them shiny or gun metal. Somebody on the board has a picture of gun metal. You might want to do a search and check them out.

Looks good IMO. Better than this green Bonneville I saw with the same color rims. I think the civic looks more like a sleeper with the black/black combo. Peace.

I like black wheels, but there is just something that makes it look way to dark to bring out the full effect.
- I would say, add a red lip around the rim to show off the black wheels.
or
- Paint the brake caliper red.
or
- Steel gray instead of black.

I personally like the sleeper look. Keeps some of the attention off of you. I think you should perhaps paint your calipers red (my favorite) or yellow to add a bit of color. If you dont want these rims let me know if you want to sell them
hey, i was planning on doing the same thing to my rims. did you paint it yourself? does the paint crack after awhile? Any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks
i think they are ******* awesome. i like the black. I like it cause no one else here does. I have bronze cp10's on my itr. people don' tlike it but its diff.
Those GS-R wheels and the SiR wheels are the nicest wheels Honda/Acura has ever come out with, so why paint them? Take off that powder coat, and leave them aluminum, or even better yet throw on the SiR 15's sitting beside the car, should look better!
I was thinking of getting "black" wheels for my silver car, but I do agree about it looking kind of like stock steel wheels. That's why if one was to go black, it's got to be big like 16s or 17s. I could have painted my 15s too, but it's just makes it look stock.
i love black rims but i don't think i would be making factory GSR rims black. but then again, it is your car and not mine. you drive it so if you like it, then go with it 100%
I think they are ok as a sleeper but you better have a lot of power to back that look. I would leave it shiny cuz it lets something stand out. Just my two cents.
