Default RBC manifold on K20 in ej6...help!!

I have a 96 hatch with a k20a2. Im swapping my intake manifold for the RBC manifold but im having trouble just getting it to fit in. It took a while to get the smaller one out. The RBC is a little bigger. Are there any tips or tricks you guys have for this install?Heres some pics for the hell of it.

I posted on K20a.org also, but EKK1 mounts + full size raidator wont allow for an RBC.

Yessur. I run a half size (dual core Del Sol vtec) radiator in my car and I've never had an overheating problem either. A buddy of mine ran a stock D series radiator too and he as well never had any issues with the temps. If you want to keep the full size you can trim the radiator support like they have suggested on there. I personally would just swap to a half size dual core and call it a day.
