Default megan short shifter vs. b&m short shifter?

which one is better?

i've done some research and well their both made out of steel. megan cost almost half the price of the b&m shifter.

but i heard that peoples b&m shifter tends to rattle a lot.

soo any feedback anyone??

I had a megan shifter in a car, it broke in half after 3 months and they wouldn't warranty it.
Bought a b&m haven't had any issues at all, going on 3 years now.

Youre paying for the quality of the material.

I've had no experience w/ either of those but I've had my skunk2 for at least 6 years and no problems. There's a little rust on the very bottom under the car but that's it.

Can't go wrong w/ skunk2 and I think they can be had for about 100 bucks for single bend

Neither. Get some new ES shifter bushings and run a stock integra shifter. ftw!

http://www.twmperformance.com/

i Would check out TWM shifters. I bought a stage 2 (i like my shifter low to the console) The part is high quality and looks good (even though you cant really see it with the boot on. They also have a stage one as well but i have never used one personally. TWM also has some pretty nice shift ***** on which they usually have price breaks if you buy both as a package deal.

Fairly cheap too i think i bought my shifter and **** for $170.

nope, but I also upgraded the bushings so idk if that would help that issue or not.

Stock shifter.

But I wouldn't get ES bushings as suggested. Had them in my Civics and ITR. Poly deteriorates and ovalizes in some cases. Plenty of complaints about poly bushings. I'd get hardrace, Mugen or OEM bushings.

These people who say stock shifter are on drugs.

I had B&M on two of my da's loved it, i never had any rattleing, i guess maybe people could get a rattle from it hitting the exhaust heat shield, but other than that idk.

if it were'nt for the fact my current car allready has a short shifter thats decent, i'd probley get another b&m.

gl with your choice though.

Totally Because the stock shifter is so horrible.

I've tried a bunch of dif ones, including a junk brand, Edelbrock, and B&M.
Oddly enough, I like the stock shifter the most, and won't use anything else anymore.
