Default 2000 GSR in my EK running rich

Just swapped a 2000 Integra GSR motor into my 99 Civic EX.

IABS are wired, and compression is 210 in every cylinder.

Car feels okay. Engine idles very well, and moves up and down the RPM range well but

MANNNNN does is blow black smoke. It is running so rich.

Any ideas?

Got two Codes, too:

P0131 - Low voltage on primary heated oxygen sensor 1.
P0141 - This one is due to the fact that I don't have a second oxygen sensor installed (downstream). I need to buy another one, but i've ran a 00 SI ecu without the second oxygen sensor and it didn't run THIS rich.

Spark plugs are black from being ran so rich. Replaced them, and blackened the new ones within minutes.

Any ideas where to start?

Figured it out. Bad oxygen sensor. Replaced it, and now it's running great and 36 miles per gallon!
