I'm looking to build a d16z6 for 350whp but can't find any aftermarket support for axles. Yes I searched but came up with nothing. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

 

Drive shaft shop makes D axles good up to 475hp.

 

$1200.00 danggggg that's half as much as my build

 

Is this thing being taken to the strip often? If not, you might just want to see how the stockers out for awhile.

Honestly a lot of people run the stock axles as you can get them replaced for free (lifetime warranties are on most of them) and the fact that they hold up reasonably well on the street.

Not to mention a basically stock tranny isn't a huge fan of upgraded axles.

 

why do you want aftermarket axles ? they can handle the power as long as you preload them a little bit. dont get me wrong you will rip boots and pop the bearings every now and again.

i went to auto zone and bough the lifetime warrentee ones and just switch them out
80 bucks and well worth it.

 

preload and you be fine with stock axels
