Default Transmission Issue

I've searched for two days now and i'm really just lost.

Recently installed a new transmission, competition flywheel, and competition clutch...

The transmission shifts into all gears perfect when not running.
When running the car does not move forward so I don't think it is disengagement problem.
But when the car is running it is almost completely impossible to shift into any gear unless you really force it.

Cables look good.
Oil level is spot on.
S/C fluid level good..

The only real adjustments I can find is just adjusting the clutch pedal and i'm pretty sure that I don't need that.
Maybe re-bleed the clutch?

Any ideas?.. if I haven't confused you.

It's your clutch. A spring has popped out, because this JUST happened to me last week, and your symptoms were exactly the same as mine. Car off, I could shift into gears; car on, I could not.

I believe it's the clutch. It may not have been aligned or popped out of alignment. Did you use the alignment pin?

Probably the clutch spring like this_guy said. It happened to me too. You'll need to drop the trans.

competition clutch has pretty good customer service, they replaced my stage 2 unit even though it was just out of warranty when the spring popped out. I sold the new one though. factory Honda clutch is working so much better.
