Default Hesitation After Warm-Up

I have this problem that I am having down to a science. I just put a JDM H22A in my H23 4th Gen Lude.

For the first 15 minutes or so of driving it loses power, about a 35% power loss and hesitates when trying to accelerate and pulses a little but when driving.

I am thinking that some electronic component under the hood is getting hot and breaking down.

What would be the symptom of a coil or dizzy going bad? (seems like my H23 would do this, but not to this extreme and I am using my old dizzy)

What would be the symptom of a ignition module going bad? A friend of mine work on Honda motorcycles and said this a problem on motorcycles with the same symptoms.

What would be the symptom of a bad catalyctic converter?

What would be the symptom of a bad O2 sensor? How to diagnose?

I thought about taking the hood completely off and driving it for a while without the hood on to try to keep the components under the hood cooler to troubleshoot.

I am running out of ideas here and cant start just replacing $100 sensors and parts without a clue.

BTW, new plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter, wires.

Seems like fuel efficiency is bad too...cant even get 300 miles out of a tank of gas.

Any help for diagnosing or eliminating any of these parts would be helpful!

Thanks,

-CaN

what i would do is hook it to a dianostic machine to see if it is your ignition system or whatnot, sould slike to me it could be a fuel systme problem if your hesitstion. such as a fuel pump , did you get new injectors?
