Icon2 Building up an f22b2!! where to start

whats good honda-tech? Im new here and wanted to start off with a question like what should i do more to my car. I have a 97 Honda accord with about 156xxx miles but normal maintenance and some tlc keep it in really good shape. All i have done so far is aftermarket wheels and tires, cold air intake, and an exhaust. What should be done next??????

What is your budget and what are your goals for the car, power and use for the car? Racing, daily driver, weekend track car...etc...etc.

Most of what you are going to hear around here is if you want to stay naturally aspirated (N/A or all motor) you should swap in an H22 or if you want forced induction to build & boost your F22.

well ya kinda need some sorta budget er something, cause the whole point is to plan your build, you dont wanna buy a whole bunch of parts and then realize you need something else and now cant afford it....

but to point ya in the right direction you could start with:

- header
- hi-flo catalytic converter (check local emissions laws)
- camshaft, (upgraded valvetrain if using heavier cam)
- lightweight flywheel and upgraded clutch

its just a start, you can always make your own path, but this could get the ball rollin....
