so i got this 90 ef sedan for 400$ at a tow yard. its a dx with a d15z1 and it wont rev past 3k it has a pr3 obd0 ecu and it is throwing code 4, 20, 15, 10 help its a clean car and want to keep it that way.......

 

Get the right ECU first. A PR3 ecu is OBD0, your engine (D15Z1) uses an OBD1 P07 ecu. Start with that, then go from there.

 

ok so i had my friend come over and i used his old p07 and my jumper harness and its still does it what do i need to do its going to **** me off battle of the imports im coming up in less than a month and its not working about to take to a shop but dont got the money..................
