Default k20 tranny problem...please help

I have a 96 hatch with a k20a2 swap. When im sitting still it goes into all 6 gears perfectly. But when im driving it wont go into 6th at all and 5th seems a little crunchy at times. Why is that? Is it a clutch or tranny problem or syncros? thanks

Possible 5-6 synchro sleeve damage.
Possible 5th and 6th gear damage.
Possible shifter assembly malfunction.

Well it went in soon after the swap and then it slowly got worse and now wont go in at all according to the previous owner. Should I just replace the tranny or what?

I just have the same problem my mechanic looked at the shifter box , the cables checked the clutch slave and master cylinder. after that he took the tranny out it ended the clutch disk had a piece boken (a part that held one of the little springs) that was loddged in the pressure plate. I would take a look at the clutch, but first check your clutch master cylinder and slave for any leaks good luck.
