Just wondering why Honda does not advance the timing a few degrees if it improves a little HP and does not hurt the engine? (94 vtec) If there are no major engine issues, why not send all Honda's out with a slight advance?

2nd: What does modified Injectors/Fuel rail/Fuel regulator have to do with performance? If you have a V-afc, you are actually leaning out the percentage of fuel that goes into each cylinder. (Right?)
