I'm not sure if this goes here, but here is my issue. When ever I do U-Turns or simply doing harder turning. I hear a clicking on the front right side of the car I believe. I've replaced the axles, and removed my dangling panel that was under there but I can still hear it. What can be causing this noise? Maybe my spare tire and tools in the back? haha. I'm not sure. It doesn't do it all the time when turning but I know it's there.

EDIT: It's a 1989 Honda Civic Hatchback

 

check your boots for wear or tear

 

They are both in working condition. And the driver side boot was just replaced this Tuesday.

 

same thing with my car but I hear it on the left side. I'm thinking it might be teeth on the steering gear box. unsure though. bump for more input.

 

It has to be your axles or suspension, but i've had brand new CVs break on me especially when you make sharp turns alot, it tends to curve the 3 little bearings in them.
