Default HALP!: 22mm crank snout/pulley

From here: http://hondamarketplace.com/showthread.php?t=2826288
Well long story short, I bought a 93 civic cheap with a window in the block, then I picked up a short block from a company called Japenese Engines Inc. I have never really messed with SOHCs or JDM stuff because of issues like this. The engine is a D15B2. I was unaware that some had a 22mm crank snout, New engine is already in, so exchanging it is not an option at this point. AC, Power steering, and Alt are ribbed belts.

If anyone has any info that might help me track down a pulley (what car this engine came from) that would be awesome.

It would be even more awesome if someone has one they will part with. I am building this car for my nephew so he can get back and forth from the job core, so please don't rape me on price.

Thanks, and pm me anything you have

I also bought another engine but I havent measured the crank on it yet. I know its just stamped D15b. If these are hard to find I will just return it.
Does anyone have any more info on this problem? From what I can come up with on google is that this engine is from an 88? And maybe the zc had the same issue?

Can I just get an aftermarket pulley from orthodox or something similar? Its not like the original from the d15b7 had any rubber to dampen vibration.

I found a pulley on a 90 integra.

The down side is it has provisions for V belts on the AC and power steering and only a 3 rib belt for the alternator. I took the V belt pulley off the power steering pump and hopefully it fits my stock pump.Ill find out tomorrow. I'll have to find an AC compressor later.

I may still take the Original 24 mm pulley and have it milled out to 25.4mm (1inch) insert a piece of DOM 1 inch 1/8" wall and weld it. The inner diamter would be around 19.05mm. I could then mill that out just shy of ~22mm and cut a keyway. For now Im just going to get the car running.

Hope this helps someone else someday, cause I couldnt find anything on it.
