ok so i'm in the middle of doing my power window and lock conversion in my 99 dx, using everything from an si (all the door pieces and floor harness)

i have everything in the doors all plugged in. i noticed the plug for the door lock module isn't on the floor harness. does the module need to be in place for the system to work? i assume the plug for the module is a part of the cabin harness? i don't really want to pull the dash off..
