Default problem with front p/s upper arm

a few days ago as i was driving home from work i had that best luck ever... while on the 5fwy i encountered a spare donut tire in the middle of my lane, it was about 11pm so when i actually saw it, i had just enough time to serve to avoid serious front end damage, but i still manage to hit it with the front p/s wheel. i removed the wheel the next day and this is what i the upper arm looks like. the ball joint isn't flush on the arm... my question is can this be fixed? any help would be appreciated.

If you hit that object with enough force to pop the ball joint out of the upper arm...I'd be surprised if you didn't bend or break something else.

Your upper control arm ball joint needs to be pressed back into the arm. You can rent a ball joint press at AutoZone.
