Lowering spring perches on full body coilovers, ok?
My coilovers are currently as low as they will go without lowering the spring perches, will lowering the spring perches about an inch lower than keeping the spring seated tight effect the struts performance in a negative way?
i have got a similar problem w/ my 92 hatch, i just cant seem to get the front left and right side to sit rite and lvl with keeping the springs set with the same tension.
it seems like you gotta have zen like patience when setting these items up...
currently driving me nuts jacking and dropping its a **** off.
its alot of just getting everything to sit rite and feel rite so start playing around and get pissed
good luck
and if it looks good , feels good and handles then you know ***** rite regardless of measurements tell you i think .... its just a long road in a garage and a shitty jack.

No cars will ever b set correctly on all 4 corners due to weight distribution, espically when you set it from outside the car and then add your body weight to it, that is why people have their cars corner ballanced. but Panda Slicks86 has it right, if it feels good and handles good. then its good. For everyday day type purposes.
