valve adjustment for crower cams
yeah im getting a crower stage 2 cams soon for my d16z6, but im not sure how much valve adjustment i need to do. is there anyone that did this before on their d16. i just want to know the adjustment cuz this guy from honda-tech gonna install it for me n he know the specs, but i just want to make it sure is it correct. thanks in advance
i have this planned, in the future when i have money, this is only my 2/100 of a dollar. If you're letting him do it, when you get it, listen for knocks, it would be a rapid ping sound, and hope he doesn't bend any valves, im not quite sure how you could check that without taking the valve cover off. Give 'em a wiggle if you do take the conver off, and thats my 2/100 of a dollar, if anything is wrong in here guys, let me know in the most vulgar way possible

I do not know how to check my self, are you going to be with him when he does it? Tell us how it went, or at least me.. I'm curious about this. Good luck to you.
valve clearance specs come with the crower cam....however the spec that they give was too tight for me....it caused a very poor idle condition....i reset the clearance to stock spec and idle was ok
aight. ill let u guys know as soon as i get it done. the guy is from honda-tech too, he said his specialties are internal for any b or d series motor. hope he does a good job though.
