93 Honda Accord won't pass Colo. Emissions
I have done almost everything to this car and it still won't pass emissions.
It almost passes the HC, levels are so close but yet it don't pass.
I have did full tune up (oil change, oil filter, new spark plugs, new wires, new distributor cap and rotor, and new air filter)
Cleaned the throttle body, replaced the PCV Valve, had the timing done on it and I put a new Catalytic Converter on it but it doesn't have the stock exhaust on it, as they call it a rice can is one it.
The damn thing still won't pass, even tries running alcohol in it with high octane, and I put BG44K in it and still nothing. Even ran it hard on the highway for some time before I took it in to get tested.
Is there anyone out there that can help?

Well I took it to the State Emissions to have test done on it and they found out I have 50psi on cyl. #4....
Guess that answered my original question....
