Icon2 TRANSMISSION INTERCHANGE

What transmission are interchangable between the b16 and b18 motors??

(i.e) can a type r go on a normal ls motor??

All B series trannys with the exception of the B20 are interchangeable. Just has to be hydro to hydro and cable to cable unless of course you get an adapter.

All B-series hydro trannys are interchangeable except for the B20 tranny found in CR-Vs

No, only that it matches the clutch type the car is setup for, ie if its going in an '88 - '91 Civic/'90 - '93 Integra it must be a cable tranny, and if its going in a '92 - '00 Civic/'94 - '01 Integra it must be hydro.
