Default Is the solder on this board still good?

Its my DRL relay for my car. I have no daytime running lights or high beams and I was told to take out the main relay and check the soldering as they are known to go bad.

Anyway, can any of you see spots that need to be re-soldered?

Some better pics:

In that second close up pic, those are very bad. I can even see those and a few more in the first pic. Usually when there is just a faint outline the joints are bad and they won't be noticed in photos.

Resolder anything that looks like it is bad.

those are hairline cracks which will cause the device to work intermittently.

Use a very large soldering iron 65w or more and touch those up. You can use a hair dryer to preheat the board.

I had it fixed tonight by someone who can solder cause I like to melt things

He used a 35w I think. Took the old solder off and put new on and everything works like a charm now. DRL's work. No dash light flickering and high beams work

I haven't had high beams for probably two years now so Im going for a late night drive on the highways tonight

If anyone has issues with their DRLs on a prelude and other honda models, the site below is a great reference to check out.
