Hi

Sorry for the nubess but i need new headlights on my hatch as the night vision from the stock headlights are shocking, just wondering if anyone has changed to crystal after market ones or black housing ones and have they made any difference?
Im looking at getting a set off ebay but wanna make sure they will do the job..also can people post up what theres look like as i have a white eg and am curious to see what will look/suit the best

Get better bulbs. Even changing to Sylvania Silverstars will make quite a difference (though they don't last that long). There are plenty of other ones out there that are even brighter than that.

 

i got phillips in there atm...which made absolutely no difference and they are suppose to be awesome bulbs!

 

and im from australia aswell and i dont think any automotive retailers here sell those bulbs...never heard of them

 

I have black housings with the Sylvania Silverstars. I noticed a difference. True though, the bulbs don't last that long but they are bright. Ignore the misalignment, I'm working on the car

i had HIDs and was tied of all the lines in the road from the stock lights and i noticed a big differance, aswell as no lines in the road.

 

New crystal headlights on top of PNP HIDs should do some good. Good luck!

my EG's light sucks badly and they got regular philips.. i mean they're alright, but getting a HID would help DRASTICALLY. Even a PnP kit with our cars is wicked good, there wont be too much glare if you do it right.
